Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in new product development, make quality planning according to APQP process, involve project approval, feasibility and design quality target review, and ensure quality control from the source;
2. Participate in product design review, examine whether the scheme meets the requirements of quality and manufacturability, and actively output professional suggestions for optimizing design;
3. Formulate new product quality standards, covering inspection, testing and other standards, and be responsible for standard training for relevant personnel simultaneously;
4. Track the quality problems of new product trial production, verify and improve the treatment, conduct in-depth research on customer complaints and major quality problems, and give reasonable solutions;
5. Responsible for the handover of new products from trial production to mass production, ensuring that quality targets are achieved at the beginning of mass production, and providing technical support for QE, QC and production lines;
6. Use SPC, Minitab and other tools to collect and analyze product quality data, gain insight into potential problems and trends, and promote targeted improvement measures;
7. Lead the root cause analysis of quality problems in the design stage, and use 5Why and other tools to formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurrence of problems;
8. Collaborate with R & D, process, production and other departments to solve design quality problems and integrate after-sales feedback into design improvement considerations.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, DQE experience in automobile interior parts factory;
2. More than 3 years experience in product design quality control, familiar with the whole process of development;
3. Proficient in FMEA and other quality tools, with data analysis and standard setting capabilities;
4. Strong communication and coordination ability, able to promote cross-department collaboration to solve quality problems.
